SunDrenched Skin Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SunDrenched Skin. To ensure the highest level of quality, freshness, and efficacy, every product in our collection is meticulously handmade to order in our Atlanta, Georgia studio.

Order Processing & Creation Time

Because our skincare and tanning formulations are artisan-crafted in small batches, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be prepared, processed, and beautifully packaged before it is shipped.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been crafted and leaves our studio, the time it takes to arrive will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination.

Note: The 7–10 business day processing time is strictly for the creation and packaging of your items and is in addition to the carrier's transit time.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched from our Atlanta studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Important Shipping Details

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SunDrenched Skin is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, our handmade process may require slightly more time. We will always communicate any significant delays to your expected timeline.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SunDrenched Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Ensure you are shipping to a secure location.
