How do I check the status of an order i have placed?
Log in, then to go to the "Order History" section (located on the left frame). You will see all your fresh.com orders along with their status and USPS tracking numbers. If you are already logged in, click on "Your Account" (located on the top frame), then click on "Order History."
Are Sundrenched Skin Care products 100% natural?
Sundrenched Skin Care products are a fusion of natural ingredients, time-honored rituals, and modern science, offering a unique sensorial experience with undeniable results. Inspired by nature, fresh fuses the power of natural ingredients with science to deliver products that are technologically advanced, safe, and efficacious for consumers.
The safety of our products is our top priority. The safety assessment of a cosmetic product takes into account the safety of the ingredients it contains regardless of their source. In fact, whether ingredients are naturally derived or man-made has no impact on their safety. What is more important is how much of the ingredient is used and how it is used in the formula.
Whenever possible, we use natural ingredients of the highest quality. In order to create products delivering the highest levels of safety and performance, when no reliable or effective natural ingredient is available we use a synthetic derivative.
Sundrenched Skin Care is committed to providing products of high and consistent quality. Accordingly, the products developed must comply with all worldwide regulations and with the most stringent requirements of quality, traceability, and safety.
We never have & never will test on animals. We’re proud to be certified cruelty-free by the People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
We carefully select the best ingredients for our products to be gentle on your skin. However, with children & young teens, we recommend visiting a dermatologist first.
We always include the full list of ingredients on every product page, so you can consult your doctor & they can consider them for you.

We got you! Although many of our products are suitable for all skin types, we know how hard it can be to find products that are effective & do not irritate your skin.
Keeping this in mind, we developed products specifically for our glow getters who have sensitive skin. Our Facetasic is a serum/moisturizer combo for sensitive skin.
Developed to feed your skin the good stuff (probiotics, organic aloe, & vitamin e) & none of that other stuff (formulated without alcohol, fragrance, sulfates), it keeps skin feeling calm, cool & collected. Oh, & it’s hypoallergenic and vegan!
Are Sundrenched Skin Care products gluten-free?
Our products are gluten-free as they do not contain any gluten based ingredients, but are not made in a gluten-free facility which is why we do not make that claim on our packaging.
Does Sundrenched Skin Care use preservatives?
We do. Any water based product like ours is at high risk of growing bacteria, which can be harmful to the skin. The use of the preservatives helps stabilize the products and allow them to have a happier.
Are Sundrenched Skin Care products vegan?
Yes, absolutely. Our line is made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be. Animals are our friends and that’s something that will never change.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not accept multiple payment types to be used on the same order.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
Only one promo code is permitted per order.
